Welcome to MP09CAR. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our premium accessory marketplace. By creating an account, browsing our catalog, or listing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these technical protocols and service standards.

Access to the MP09CAR ecosystem is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or older with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Users are permitted exactly one active account. Any attempt to create duplicate identities or use fraudulent data will result in a permanent hardware-level ban to maintain the integrity of our enthusiast community.

You are the sole custodian of your account credentials. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and take full responsibility for all activities occurring under your profile. MP09CAR reserves the right to suspend any account exhibiting suspicious login patterns or unauthorized access attempts to protect user data and financial information.

Sellers are the primary guarantors of product authenticity. All high-performance accessories must be listed with accurate fitment data, genuine brand names, and unedited high-resolution media. The sale of "cloned" carbon fiber or counterfeit mechanical components is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action and immediate forfeiture of pending payouts.

As a buyer, you agree to provide valid and authorized payment details for all transactions. Once an order is confirmed, the buyer enters into a purchase agreement with the seller. Any misuse of the chargeback system or fraudulent fitment claims to bypass our Return Policy is a violation of these terms and will be reported to relevant financial institutions.

All content on the MP09CAR platform, including but not limited to the User Interface (UI) design, proprietary algorithms, logos, and high-definition product renders, is the exclusive property of MP09CAR. Users are prohibited from scraping, copying, or redistributing platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written authorization.

• Reverse engineering the marketplace pricing or search ranking algorithms.
• Engaging in shill bidding or artificial price manipulation of accessories.
• Distributing malware or scripts designed to harvest seller inventory data.
• Harassing other members or using the platform for off-site transaction solicitation.

MP09CAR operates as an intermediary marketplace and is not liable for mechanical failures or fitment damages resulting from third-party accessories. Our liability is limited to the platform's service fees only. These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, and any disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in our designated corporate location.
